Membership tiers, points, and expiry

Membership qualification uses eligible merchandise spend and paid orders from the rolling 12-month window. Order points become available after the configured vesting period and then expire on the displayed date. Redemptions use the earliest-expiring available points first. A refund can reverse points even when they were already spent; in that case, the account records a point debt and applies future earned points first. Taxes, shipping, cancelled orders, and fully refunded orders do not count toward membership spend.
