Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Orders can be cancelled from the account before shipment. Paid cancellations create a refund review. After delivery, open the order and submit a refund request describing the issue. Our team records the request, reviews the order and fulfillment details, and posts the decision to the order timeline. Refund eligibility depends on the product, condition, and applicable policy. Do not return medical products without first receiving instructions from our support team.
