Understanding customer order statuses

Awaiting Confirmation means the order needs customer review. Awaiting Payment means the order was confirmed and payment is pending. Awaiting Shipment means payment was confirmed and fulfillment is being prepared. Shipped means tracking was assigned but the carrier has not started transit. In Transit means the carrier is moving the parcel. Delivered means the carrier reports completion. Cancelled and Refunded orders include a recorded reason and timeline in the customer account.
